Every RFQ will be carefully reviewed by our engineering team, manufacturing and management, RFQ will be treated in following steps:

•  Register RFQ and acknowledge customer receipt of it.
•  Engineering review for feasibility and choose suitable manufacturer.
•  Study the process and work out the cost.
•  Quote customer unit price, tooling,  process and lead   time.
•  Making tooling and 1st article sample.
•  Inspect sample for dimension, chemical analysis and   metallurgy.
•  Submit passed sample with inspection report and marked print.
•  For each shipment, quality inspection will be conducted by randomly sampling prior to shipment.
